Frequently asked questions
Quick answers. Anything else — send a request and we will get back to you.
How do I schedule a consultation?
Send the request form on the contact page and choose how you would like to meet: in person, by teleconference or by video conference. Taylor will reply to set a time.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. The initial consultation is free and is a chance to discuss your legal concerns and whether the firm can help.
How much will legal services cost?
Fees depend on the type and complexity of the matter. Depending on the service, the firm may offer a flat fee or an hourly rate, and you will know the fee arrangement before work begins.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Any relevant documents, contracts or paperwork about your matter. If you are unsure what is needed, the firm will tell you before your appointment.
What areas do you serve?
North Central West Virginia. The office is in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
Is Mountain Summit Law the same firm as the Law Office of Taylor Graham?
Yes. Mountain Summit Law & Mediation is the new name for The Law Office of Taylor Graham, PLLC. Same attorney, same commitment.
Does contacting the firm make me a client?
No. Emailing or sending the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. That only happens once the firm has agreed to represent you, usually in writing. Please do not send confidential details until then.
Is the information on this website legal advice?
No. This website is attorney advertising and provides general information only. Every situation is different and past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. For advice about your situation, schedule a consultation.
